Jays and Fancy Interiors are currently working as a general contractor and interior subcontractor. We specialize in renovations, interior construction, new general construction, remodeling services  and facility maintenance.

 

Our strength lies on cold-formed metal framing, gypsum board walls and ceilings, acoustical ceilings and suspension systems, exterior insulation finish system (EIFS), any floor tiles and bases, carpets, painting, wallpapers, wall textures and moldings.

 

Also, we have skilled partners dedicated to finishing carpentry, electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, concrete work, and masonry. 

 

Our expertise is not only due to our more than 20 years of experience, but it also has much to do with the Certifications and the Memberships we affiliate ourselves with. We have trained with Spray-Lock, Stucco Italiano Inc., STO, and have approved installers for NORA. We have active memberships with EIMA and AWCI.

 

We are constantly looking for trades to certify our team in to provide excellence and quality service to all of our customers.
