Located in The Mall of San Juan. 

 

Our work for this project consisted of all drywall / metal-stud. This included providing demolition, framing and finishing of new entries into mall corridor, patching of exterior stucco where demo occured, include all gypsum board assemblies, furnish and install all framing, drywall, blocking and FRP, furnish and install all required STC insulation within ceiling and walls, floor underlayment, installation and staining; steel works at bar and kitchen area;  wine room lighting; door installation and toiletry accessory installation.
